Class A

STR Property Owners

For people or entities with an ownership interest in a short-term rental property in the Columbia Valley. This is the voting membership category.

$25 / year
Class B

Supporters & Industry Partners

For businesses, service providers, tourism partners, property managers, and community supporters. This is the non-voting membership category.

$20 / year

For individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities with an ownership interest in a short-term rental property located in the Columbia Valley region.

  • One vote at member meetings
  • Eligible to nominate and elect Directors
  • Eligible to serve as Directors or Officers
  • Receive Society notices and communications

Class B Membership

Supporters & Industry Partners

$20 per year

For businesses, suppliers, tourism operators, property managers, real estate professionals, service providers, community supporters, and other organizations that support the Society’s purpose.

  • Attend member meetings
  • Participate on committees
  • Receive communications and publications
  • Non-voting membership category
Checkout as Class B Member
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Annual dues are $25 for Class A Members and $20 for Class B Members unless changed by resolution of the membership.
